I graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, a 750 hour massage and wellness program.  I continue to broaden my knowledge of anatomy and physiology and massage techniques with continuing education classes each year focused on injury rehabilitation.

I am a runner, ex-mountain biker, mom of 4, cook, and gardener.  I have worked 18 years in desk jobs, commuting over an hour each way for many of them, suffering from neck and back pain.  For the last 10 years of my corporate job I received weekly massage therapy and it made a huge difference in how I felt, how productive I was, and my ability to concentrate and think clearly.  It not only kept me going, but inspired me.  I am now driven to help others in the same way. Whether you're in pain and looking for relief, or want to be pampered with a rejuvenating spa treatment,  I will work with you to achieve the massage experience and results you are looking for.   Let's face it, life is busy.  We juggle work, school, family, yard work, hobbies, sports, housekeeping.....just to name a few activities that can strain our muscles and exhaust our minds over time.  You deserve to feel better and live life to the fullest!  Let me help you find balance in your life.

How much is your health worth?

Low back pain affects at least 80 percent of the population at some point in their lifetime. It is the most common cause of job-related disability. Most back pain is short-term, but about 20 percent of people affected by acute low back pain go on to develop chronic low back pain lasting a year or more.  Trigger point therapy can release tight muscles that may be impinging sensitive nerves, resulting in a quick and noticeable reduction in pain.

Research shows massage is a safe and effective way to decrease pain and reduce disability.  Studies show massage is also an effective treatment for fibromyalgia, tension headaches and arthritis.
